Who are we?

What data do we collect?
When you sign up to the waiting list we store:
- your email address;
- the time you signed up and the fact that you gave consent;
- the language of the page and which part of the page you used to sign up.
We use no advertising or tracking cookies. This website sets no cookies and loads its fonts from our own server, so no data goes to Google.
What do we use it for?
- To email you as soon as Nubbi is available.
- To link your 10% sign-up discount to your first order with the same email address.
The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). We won't send you advertising for other products unless you separately choose to receive it.
How long do we keep it?
Until you unsubscribe, and at most 24 months after you sign up if you haven't ordered from us in that period.
Who do we share it with?
Not with third parties for their own purposes. Your data is stored on our own server in the EU. A processor we may use to send emails may only use it on our instructions.
Your rights
You can access, correct or erase your data, withdraw your consent and object to processing. Email us at hello@nubbi.eu and we'll sort it out as soon as possible. You can unsubscribe by replying to any email we send.
Not happy with how we handle your data? You can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
